Overview
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it from the delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without a return approval. Proof of purchase is required for all returns. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the unwanted item(s) back to Bucketmate.
Bucketmate is not responsible for any shipping charges or for lost returns. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable and will not be credited back onto your original payment. For your own records, please keep a copy of your receipt and tracking information.
Damaged or Defective Items
If item(s) arrives to you damaged or defective, please contact us at returns@bucketmate.com.
Exchanges
Currently we are not offering exchanges, if are not satisfied with your purchase please process your item(s) as a return.
Refunds
Any refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment after a final inspection has been completed.
Final sale goods or Special Promotions
Discounted and promotional products are not eligible for return.
Warranty Repairs
We proudly offer our Made in the USA products with a 90-day manufacturer’s warranty. Please provide proof of purchase in order to begin the warranty process.
